Tarak Ridge1,130 m
Tarak Ridge runs along the west face of Mt. Mariveles in Bataan, about 1,006 m at the ridge and 1,130 m at its peak. Its name may mix tabak, a hunting knife, and tarik, steep, and its rocks are craggy and sharp. The ridge gives a 270-degree view over Bataan, Corregidor and Manila Bay, and strong night winds call for extra tent pegs. AMCI was the first club to explore it.
