Mt. Asog1,143 m
Mt. Asog, a stratovolcano in Camarines Sur with knife-edged slopes, last erupted in 1641, and that eruption formed Lake Buhi. It takes its name from Asog, a datu of the Agta, while its other name, Sumagang, translates as the mountain where the sun rises. Its several peaks look out over Mayon, Malinao, Masaraga and Catanduanes.
