A bellows tongue keeps out debris. Underfoot are a Vibram outsole and a molded nylon arch shank. The removable contoured footbed has reinforced heel cushioning for medium support; an air cushion in the heel absorbs shock and adds stability, and a heel compound absorbs shock and helps a smooth transition into the midfoot. The lining is 100% recycled breathable mesh, and the laces and webbing are 100% recycled.
