A telescopic trekking pole with a walking-stick grip held from above, so the pole stays aligned with your arm without bending your wrist. Sold as one pole, not a pair.

It helps you balance, propel yourself and share the effort between your arms and legs. Its 3 telescopic sections lock with a push-pin button at 90, 95, 100, 105 or 110 cm. Aluminium tubes and a tungsten tip; a summer washer and tip are provided. Weight: 240 g per pole. Before you set off, and at regular intervals, check that the pole is locked in place by simulating heavy bumps. If water gets into the pole, take the parts apart and let them dry.
