MT100 Rain Poncho
A waterproof hooded rain poncho that goes on quickly over you and your backpack, for sudden light showers on the trail.
Cut for freedom of movement, knee length with 3/4 sleeves. Polyester fabric with good resistance to tearing, polyurethane coating and fully taped seams; it is windproof and has a pocket with flap. The hood tightens with a drawstring and a rip-tab at the back. Validated in a shower test under 12 cm of rain for 2 hours, the average conditions of a mountain rain shower. It has no breathable membrane and no ventilation zips, so it suits a gentle, relaxed pace better than a fast hike, to reduce sweating. Sizes: S/M for hikers 1.57 m to 1.73 m tall (300 g), L/XL for 1.74 m to 1.90 m (330 g). Comes with a separate storage bag. Care: the fabric has a water-repellent treatment; restore it with a waterproof spray or wash-in product. Dry it completely before folding it into its bag for long periods. Wash at 30°C maximum on a normal cycle; do not dry clean, iron, tumble dry, bleach or use fabric softener.
