The integrated heat exchanger captures more burner heat for quicker water heating and improved fuel efficiency. The canister fits inside with the lid closed, and the clear vented lid lets you monitor the water without repeatedly lifting it. Made of aluminum alloy and silicone, it weighs 5.7 oz (162 g) and holds 20.3 fl oz (600ml). It comes with the pot, the clear vented lid and a mesh storage bag. Its narrow shape is less suitable for large portions, thick foods, frequent stirring, or meals that need a wide frying surface.
