Timetable

  1. Day 1

    1. 05:30Take the chartered boat from Basco toward Dinem Island, about 18 nautical miles away.
    2. 08:00Arrive at William's Point and swim about 50 m from the boat to the shore.
    3. 08:30Start the trek through jungle, with fragile rock and thorny growth along the way.
    4. 12:00Reach the summit and have lunch.
    5. 12:30Start the descent.
    6. 15:00Back at William's Point; rest.
    7. 15:30Swim back to the boat; the swim depends on the tide.
    8. 16:00Take the boat back to Basco.
    9. 18:30Back in Basco for a celebratory dinner.
