  1. Day 1

    1. 04:00Depart from Cagayan de Oro for Impasug-ong.
    2. 08:00Arrive at the jump-off in Sitio Intavas, register, and start the trek.
    3. 12:00Reach the 'Aerial Roots' area for lunch along the trail.
    4. 18:00Arrive at the summit; prepare for the next day and have dinner.
    5. 19:00Attend the Talaandig tribe's ritual sacrifice.
    6. 21:00Lights out.

  2. Day 2

    1. 06:00Mountain-viewing session, taking in Mt. Ragang, Mt. Balatucan, and Dulang-Dulang.
    2. 07:00Breakfast and break camp.
    3. 08:00Begin the descent via the muddy, steep Intavas trail.
    4. 11:00Pass the 'Aerial Roots' area again.
    5. 13:00Reach the rough road.
    6. 14:00Arrive at the jump-off in Sitio Intavas.
    7. 15:00Take a jeepney back to Malaybalay or CDO.
    8. 18:00Arrive in CDO.
