Timetable
Day 1
- 05:00Take a bus from Manila bound for Cabanatuan.
- 07:30Arrive Brgy. Kamias, San Miguel; tricycle to the jump-off.
- 08:00Arrive at the jump-off; register and arrange guides.
- 09:00Begin the trek.
- 10:30Reach the summit of Mt. Manalmon.
- 11:00Begin the descent.
- 13:00Visit Madlum and Bayukbok Caves.
- 15:30Swim at Madlum River.
- 17:00Head back toward Brgy. Kamias and Manila.
