  1. The night before

    1. 21:00Depart Manila for Banaue by overnight bus.

  2. Day 1

    1. 07:00Arrive in Banaue and take a rented jeep to Hungduan.
    2. 12:00Arrive in Hungduan; register at the police station and have lunch.
    3. 13:00Arrange guides and prepare for the trek.
    4. 14:00Start the trek.
    5. 17:00Arrive at Ny-o campsite.
    6. 18:00Dinner and socializing.

  3. Day 2

    1. 05:30Wait for sunrise, then prepare breakfast.
    2. 07:00Resume the trek.
    3. 08:30Enter the mossy forest around 1900 MASL.
    4. 12:00Lunch along the trail.
    5. 14:00Reach the Mt. Napulauan summit.
    6. 15:00Set up camp and wait for clearer sunset views.

  4. Day 3

    1. 05:30Wait for sunrise and prepare breakfast before departure.
    2. 07:00Begin the descent via the Hapao trail.
    3. 10:30Early lunch along the trail.
    4. 15:00Arrive at Hapao; wash up and meet the rented jeep.
    5. 17:00Arrive back in Banaue for dinner and souvenir shopping.
    6. 20:00Take the last bus back to Manila.
