Timetable
Day 1
- 06:00Travel by minibus from Dumaguete to Dauin, then by habal-habal to the Bediao geothermal jump-off.
- 07:30Begin the trek from the jump-off.
- 12:00Reach Lake Yagumyum; optional side ascent to Yagumyum Peak.
- 13:30Continue on toward Lake Nailig.
- 17:00Set up camp at Lake Nailig.
- 18:00Dinner and camp socials.
Day 2
- 05:00Begin the summit assault from the Nailig campsite.
- 07:00Reach the summit of Mt. Talinis.
- 07:30Head back to the Nailig campsite.
- 09:00Begin the descent toward the Apolong side.
- 12:00Pass the sulfuric river.
- 15:00Reach Casaroro Falls for a swimming side trip.
- 19:00Arrive back in Dumaguete.
