  1. Day 1

    1. 01:00Take a bus from Manila to Tarlac City.
    2. 05:00Arrive in Tarlac City and take a rented jeep to Mayantoc, then the jump-off.
    3. 08:00Have breakfast at Brgy. Labney's plaza.
    4. 09:00Begin the trek.
    5. 12:00Reach Mt. Kinaulaman for lunch.
    6. 13:00Resume the trek.
    7. 18:00Arrive at the Zambales River and set up camp.
    8. 19:00Have dinner and socialize.

  2. Day 2

    1. 04:00Have breakfast and break camp.
    2. 05:30Climb a bald, steep hill and pass through pine forest.
    3. 12:00Stop for lunch in the mossy forest.
    4. 13:00Resume the trek.
    5. 17:00Reach an emergency camp in the mossy forest for dinner.
    6. 18:00Begin a night trek toward the Mt. Tapulao summit.
    7. 21:30Reach the summit and set up camp.

  3. Day 3

    1. 09:00Wake up.
    2. 10:00Have brunch and break camp.
    3. 11:00Begin the descent.
    4. 17:00Arrive at Brgy. Dampay-Salaza.
    5. 18:00Have dinner.
    6. 19:00Take the return bus to Manila from the highway.
    7. 23:00Arrive back in Manila.
