  1. Day 1

    1. 05:20Arrive in Tacloban on the first flight from Manila.
    2. 06:00Travel from Tacloban to Almeria, Biliran.
    3. 09:00Buy supplies at Naval, Biliran.
    4. 10:00Arrive at the Brgy. Sampao jump-off in Almeria and register.
    5. 10:30Begin the trek along the stream, passing Sampawan Falls.
    6. 12:30Stop for lunch at Ulan-Ulan Falls.
    7. 14:00Resume trekking past Recoletos and Nomads' Falls into the forest.
    8. 18:00Arrive at the Aeta campsite for the night.

  2. Day 2

    1. 05:30Begin the summit assault through mossy forest.
    2. 07:15Reach the summit of Mt. Tres Marias.
    3. 08:00Begin the descent back toward the Aeta campsite.
    4. 09:14Stop for brunch at the Aeta campsite before continuing down.
    5. 10:00Start the descent to the jump-off.
    6. 14:00Arrive back at the jump-off in Brgy. Sampao.
    7. 14:30Head to Masongsong Pool or Mainit Hot Springs.
    8. 18:00Head back to Leyte.
    9. 21:30Arrive in Tacloban City.
