Timetable

  1. Day 1

    1. 05:00Depart Manila by bus toward San Pablo City.
    2. 07:30Arrive in San Pablo City and transfer by tricycle/jeepney to Rizal, Laguna.
    3. 08:30Begin walking at Rizal Elementary School along the highway.
    4. 08:40Pass Terraza Verde resort, continuing along the cemented road.
    5. 09:20Reach the end of the cemented road where the rougher trail begins.
    6. 09:50Arrive at the Sto. Niño chapel and take the marked right turn toward the peak.
    7. 10:10Reach the Tayak Hill summit for snacks and photos.
    8. 11:00Begin the descent back toward Rizal.
    9. 12:30Arrive back in Rizal, Laguna; optional side trip.
    10. 17:00Return to San Pablo City for dinner before heading back to Manila.
    11. 20:00Arrive back in Manila.
