Mt. Bungkol Baka, in San Jose, Tarlac, is the highest point of the San Jose Circuit from Sitio San Pedro, Brgy. Iba. From Bayabas Junction, a flat patch ringed by guava trees, the trail reaches a squarish rocky outcrop at 551 m and then, optionally, a round peak at 617 m. Mt. Kawayan is reached from the same junction.
